If your first £10 payment doesn’t feel right, ask within 14 days and it’s refunded. No questions, no form to fight through.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, in two taps, from your account. It stops payments straight away; Lenio stays yours to the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Nothing to explain, nothing to talk you out of it.
Your 7 free days
Your card is added during setup and nothing is charged until day 7. We’ll email you two days before. Cancel before then and you’re never charged at all.
