Your first payment
If your first £10 payment doesn’t feel right, ask within 14 days and it’s refunded. No questions, no form to fight through.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, in two taps, from your account. It stops payments straight away; Lenio stays yours to the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Nothing to explain, nothing to talk you out of it.
Your 7 free days
No card is needed to start. If you choose to continue after seven days, £10 a month starts when you add your card.
The Before the shout course
If the course doesn’t help, you get your money back. Ask any time until 30 days after it opens on 30 November, and the full amount is refunded. No questions asked.
